Climate-controlled units are conditioned units that are heated in the winter and cooled in the summer months. This feature will help protect from extreme temperature changes. If you would not store your items in your garage, then we recommend using climate control.

Absolutely! We are one of the largest RV/Boat storage facilities in Kent County. We are able to accommodate RV/Boats as large as 50’.

We recommend setting up an account under our auto-bill program. Under this program, you are billed on the first of each month without invoice or notice and will prevent any lapses that could cause late fees to be charged. This convenient option also allows you to worry about missing a payment being denied access to your unit.

Your account can also be managed through this website, with current, secure information available to you 24/7.

Payments can also be paid through the mail, phone, or walk-in during regular business hours.

We do not invoice for payments and do not accept cash at the premises. We accept all major credit cards, business/personal checks, and money orders.

Full access to your unit is available in accordance with your agreement. The facility may be closed and access denied during extreme weather and unsafe conditions.

Only the tenant(s) who have signed the lease has the right to enter the facility and access your unit.

Our rental agreements are month to month and renew automatically unless the agreed to minimum 10 day written notice is received in our office. Make sure proper notice is delivered to the office. Upon vacating the unit, you must remove all items and broom clean the unit. The tenant is responsible for all costs to remove items and clean the unit.
